| Q. What is it going to cost me to open a BizSales Franchise? |
| A. On average, starting a BizSales is approx €17,500. Many factors, including location and whether previoulsy owned equipment will be incorporated into the business, affect this amount. |
| Q. What is your franchise fee? |
| A. €12,500. |
| Q. What is BizSales's royalty fee? |
| A. The royalty fee is 50% of commissions. |
| Q. Where can I locate my BizSales franchise? |
| A. We currently require Agents and Franchisees all over the world. Excellent markets and locations are available whereever there is a market. We can suggest one or you may pick the location, as long as it meets BizSales's criteria and does not infringe on any existing BizSales franchisees. |
| Q. Will my BizSales territory be protected? |
| A. Yes. Each franchise owner is granted an area, which no other BizSales franchisee may enter. If a listing is obtained from your area by a other agent, you are entilled to Royalites of that sale. |
| Q. Does BizSales offer training? |
| A. Extensive training is required for all franchisees. Owners or managers must successfully complete hands-on-training. BizSales . Each BizSales franchise receives a comprehensive operations manual. Annual and regional meetings update franchisees on the latest strategies. Franchises also receive regularly scheduled visits from the corporate office. |
| Q. Do you have an advertising program? |
| A. Yes. Building goodwill and brand recognition is an essential ongoing objective for all of our operators. To accomplish this, the corporate office provides an extensive marketing program that includes a monthly local program for agents to participate in. This full color visual piece is distributed directly to local markets. Other promotional materials are available at the corporate office. |
| Q. What is the term of the franchise? |
| A. The basic term for a BizSales franchise is 5 years. You may also renew for one additional 5-year term. |
| Q. Can I sell my franchise? |
| A. Yes, you can sell your business to any buyer approved by BizSales's corporate office. There is a transfer fee for administrative and legal fees associated with the transfer. |
| Q. From the time I sign the franchise agreement, how long before I can open my office? |
| A. That depends on a number of variables, including selecting a territory and the number of prospective franchisees on our waiting list. However, you may be able to arrange financing, complete training in as little as three to four weeks. |
| Q. Does BizSales offer financing? |
| A. Although BizSales does not directly provide financing, we will assist you with arranging financing. In many cases we are able to direct franchisees to financing sources. However, these are third parties, and their decisions will be made independently of BizSales. |
| Q.How much money will I make? |
| A. Profitability varies depending upon a number of factors, including sales, locations, and operating costs and the ability of the franchisee to manage and control the business. Questions related to profit and loss are discussed during a later stage of the selection process. |
